As global recruitment partner for a Spanish-based independent renewables producer, focused on onshore wind and solar and storage, Taylor Hopkinson was exclusively mandated to build its entire team in the USA.

After conducting an extensive search of the entire market in the the United States, we successfully sourced and delivered its current Managing Director USA, subsequently building a team in support that includes a Senior Development Manager and a Technical Manager.

Taylor Hopkinson was retained exclusively by a major Nordic energy producer, one of Europe’s largest renewables generators, to bolster its Onshore Wind Development team in the UK. We undertook searches for a Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager, carrying out extensive market mapping of developer and consultancy talent in Central Scotland and delivering a shortlist of ten candidates. Feedback from our client’s Director of Development on the recruitment process and the quality of candidates submitted was overwhelmingly positive throughout.
