What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Financial Support: Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with organizational goals, providing insights and solutions in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Business Partner: joining business development process in bidding stage, review pricing and provide insights from finance aspect.
- Process Optimization: Streamline financial processes and mechanisms to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
- Local Expertise: Manage financial operations for the Vietnamese subsidiary, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting business expansion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Finance Expertise: 8+ years of comprehensive understanding of financial management principles and practices, with a proven track record of supporting organizations in Vietnam.
- Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing finance teams (10-50 people) or leading successful financial projects, including budgeting, forecasting, or cost control.
- Solution-Oriented: Expertise in financial system architecture and implementation, driving improvements at a company-wide level.
- Strategic Insights: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable strategies.
