Taylor Hopkinson is looking for a Senior Project Development Manager to oversee projects from the origination phase to the Ready to Build (RtB) phase on behalf of an international IPP.
Responsibilities:
- They will be responsible for the origination team during negotiations with landowners to secure agreements.
- They will track new opportunities by assessing the feasibility of projects and the likelihood of obtaining permits.
- They will manage contracts with third parties for project planning.
- They will coordinate the authorisation process leading to the Ready to Build (RtB) phase, liaising with local and national institutions.
- They will draft reports on the planning and financial aspects of projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Project Developer in the renewable energy sector.
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and legislation in Italy.
- Professional proficiency in English.
