Key Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year financial roadmaps to align company growth objectives with financial sustainability.
- Lead financial due diligence for project financing and funding structures to support large-scale renewable energy assets.
- Monitor financial KPIs, ensuring alignment with CAPEX planning, operational efficiency, and funding requirements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through scenario analysis and stress testing.
- Design cash flow optimization strategies to enhance liquidity and working capital across APAC markets.
- Manage debt financing arrangements and liaise with lenders to structure competitive financing solutions.
- Spearhead advanced analytics initiatives to integrate AI-driven insights into financial forecasting.
- Implement new digital finance tools, automating reporting processes to improve data accuracy.
- Act as a key finance business partner to senior executives, advising on strategic financial decisions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with commercial, legal, and operations teams to drive profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, with a focus on renewable energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries.
- Expertise in financial structuring, investment analysis, and risk assessment.
- Proven experience in implementing financial automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of debt financing, treasury operations, and capital market transactions.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics platforms, predictive modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or similar software).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
