Senior Completions Coordinator

The Senior Completions Coordinator oversees the planning, support, and execution of project completions and commissioning for commercial and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities include tracking/testing facilities, verifying completions documentation, and ensuring contractual alignment. This role leads the review of specifications, turnover packages, vendor requirements, and commissioning/startup plans, ensuring compliance with project standards. Responsibilities also include inspection, equipment verification, troubleshooting, and supervising junior personnel.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of completions/commissioning experience, OR Associate’s Degree with 9 years, OR Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and cloud-based software.
