Senior Claims Manager required for a major offshore wind developer based in Scotland

Responsibilities

• A Senior Claims Manager is required to negotiate and settle claims relating to construction contracts for the project.
• The selected candidate shall ensure that the negotiated settlement of construction contracts is fully compliant with business needs is aligned to commercial objectives of the project.
• Claims mitigation and challenge cost disputes with suppliers.

Requirements

• The individual shall have experience in claims management that are similar in nature to the Services, preferably in offshore wind farm projects.
• The Individual and any Substitute shall have a relevant degree qualification and demonstrable experience in performing services on other offshore wind farm projects that are similar in nature to the Services.
• ONC/HNC/HND/Degree in a technical subject.
