Quantity Surveyor (Transmission) required for a major transmission system developer based in Ireland
Responsibilities
- Leading the cost management function throughout all project stages.
- Processing of Contractor payments and assisting in Contract Administration.
- Preparation of Framework Tender documents (which includes liaising closely with client Networks Procurement function).
- Co-ordinating Contractor Pre-qualification evaluations.
- Undertaking Commercial site audits.
- Carrying out analysis on historic projects and preparing cost estimates.
- Forecasting and monitoring of OPEX & CAPEX programs.

- Chartered status in a recognised professional institution.
- The successful candidate will possess the following experience/qualifications: Level 8 Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Full Drivers licence and access to car is essential.
- 5-7 years post qualification experience.
- Experience in Civil Engineering / Utility projects.
- Experience with SAP and experience in SharePoint.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarisation with VBA Macros.
