QHSE Manager

QHSE Manager required for a Offshore Wind Client based in Denmark.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews and documents project HSE risks and HSE requirements, ensuring alignment with applicable internal and external (e.g. client, industry standards) governance.
• Develops and maintains a Project HSE Plan and Emergency Preparedness & Response Plan.
• Ensures all project staff have completed the necessary HSE training, health surveillance and induction.
• Ensures environmental management in compliance with client requirements and other related regulations.
• Evaluates and reports on project HSE performance.
• Performs and documents project HSE evaluations, inspections, and audits.
• Handles HSE incidents, work observations and non-conformities for the project.
• Maintain a register for actions arising from inspections and HSE incidents and monitor close-out.
• Manages suppliers HSE qualification and audit process.

Requirements:

• EU working rights.
• Prior QHSE Management experience.
• Prior NCR register and Schedule of Audit experience.
• Valid HSE Certificates.
