About the Role
Our client, a leader in the renewable energy industry, is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to join their innovative team. You will play a pivotal role in the development, execution, and delivery of cutting-edge renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering aspects of renewable energy projects from conceptual design to commissioning.
- Design and optimise solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, construction, and quality assurance.
- Manage technical interfaces with OEMs, ensuring integration and performance of electrical systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, project plans, and reports for stakeholders.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support during project installation and commissioning phases.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working with OEM systems and/or solar energy projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, renewable energy technologies, and grid interconnection.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards in the renewable energy industry.
