LV/AUX Commissioning Engineer required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer/ project to be based in Denmark.
Responsibilities
- Review open documentation for LV/aux systems.
- LV/aux systems include LV switchboards, UPS, generator, HVAC, Fifi, Fuel system, cranes, FIM equipment etc.
- Represent Client at the OSS site in Aalborg for LV/aux commissioning from Q1 2025 – Q4 2025.
- Review engineering documentation on LV/aux systems.
- Support on Technical Queries and design issues with the responsible engineer.
- Review and approve HAT/SAT documentation of LV/aux systems
- Participate in commissioning preparation meetings
- Represent Client on the the OSS site in Aalborg for LV/aux systems
- Follow assembly works, perform MC inspections and energization
- Witness and approve HATs
- Follow interface tests to Scada
- Participate in commissioning meetings
- Monitor planning/progress and report to the commissioning management team
- Monitor LOTO and PTW system on site
- Witness and approve SATs offshore
- Perform training for O&M engineers
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role in substations
- Skilled in general substation LV/aux systems commissioning, electrical safety regulations; Offshore experience is an advantage; Design and engineering experience is an advantage
- Experience with LOTO, PTW systems is an advantage
