Legal Manager
Location: Seoul, South Korea
Responsibilities:
- Support business, project development, construction, operation, and organisational management.
- Manage and advise on project-related contracts and permits, drafting agreements with HQ Legal Department and external legal counsel.
- Ensure compliance and decision-making aligned with internal regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and counter parties.
- Collaborate with other departments and report to HQ Legal Department.

Requirements (Must):
- Passion for renewable energy; business-level English and Korean.
- 5+ years of experience in legal and contract-related assignments, especially in development/permitting phases.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
- Korean law qualification, energy sector project financing experience, or work in multicultural teams.
