Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee management accounting, financial accounting, and resource budgeting for the company. You will play a key role in supporting project teams and ensuring accurate financial data, budgeting, and forecasting.

As a trusted finance professional, you will have a strong background in financial and management accounting, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.
  • Manage the purchase order ID creation process and update budgets accordingly.
  • Support vendor verification and internal controls for projects.
  • Assist project teams with budget checks, updates, and coordination with procurement.
  • Link actual invoices to budgets and maintain records for analysis.
  • Reconcile spending and accounting books regularly.
  • Review and approve purchase invoices via Continia.
  • Distribute invoicing policies and procedures to vendors and stakeholders.
  • Ensure financial security and confidentiality through internal controls.
  • Oversee monthly/quarterly/yearly closings with shared service teams and local teams.
  • Handle local reporting and liaise with authorities on corporate filings (taxes, VAT, etc.).
  • Support external audits and the Finance VP with accounting, tax, and other financial matters.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
  • Experience with MS NAVISION ERP system is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Experience in budget model development is an advantage.
  • Ability to build best practices and solve complex problems.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, will need to liaise regularly with colleagues and senior management overseas.
  • Ability to work independently and within teams, managing time and deadlines effectively.
