Key Responsibilities
General Duties:
- Manage the numbering, filing, sorting, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Specific Duties:
- Receive, catalogue, and store all technical drawings, reports, and related documents in an organized manner in line with approved project policies and procedures.
- Supervise the correct application of the document codification system across all project teams.
- Maintain accurate and easily retrievable electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Control project communications to ensure all information is properly documented and distributed.
- Respond promptly to information retrieval requests and provide support for information searches and other documentation needs.
- Prepare progress reports and provide support to various departments as required.
- Ensure adherence to internal ISO processes and compliance with the integrated management system.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Prior experience in document control or similar administrative roles, preferably in construction engineering or the renewable energy sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
- Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Education: A degree in Documentation Management, Library Science, or a related field is desirable.
- Attributes: Excellent organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
