We are seeking Business Development Manager to drive growth in the offshore and marine sectors. The role focuses on market analysis, client relationship management, and expanding the company’s presence within the local market. You will collaborate with senior leadership and industry partners to promote the company’s services and secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

– Provide market analysis, competitor insights, and business development support.

– Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders.

– Promote the company’s capabilities within the region, enhancing visibility and reputation.

– Collaborate with industry bodies and regulatory agencies to strengthen business ties.

– Monitor market trends, client activities, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making.

– Attend industry events to expand your network and gather market intelligence.

– Uphold professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all business dealings.

– Stay informed on offshore energy and marine sector trends to support company goals.

– Work autonomously while engaging with internal teams and external partners.

– Develop key supplier relationships and promote the company’s values in all interactions.

Requirements:

– Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken).

– Experience in business development or market analysis within the offshore or marine sectors.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

– Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

– Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve effectively.

– High level of professionalism and commitment to confidentiality.
