Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, energetic and open-minded Business Development Manager in the maritime & logistics industry. This position will offer an exciting and engaging opportunity in a growing environment.
Responsibilities:
– Identify potential Customers and new business opportunities through research and networking.
– Generate leads through various channels, including calls, emails, and social media, to expand the customer base.
– Meet prospective Customers to present product/service offerings and address their requirements.
– Develop a deep understanding of Integrated Logistics Product and related services to effectively communicate their value to Customers.
– Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing Customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
– Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining contract records, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
– Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
– Experience in sales or business development for shipping, integrated logistics, offshore O&G ship area.
– Responsible for client management with Offshore wind developer, EPC contractor, T&I contractor and other contractors
– Proactive Engagement: Candidates who have taken the initiative to engage in networking, industry events
– Must be fluent for both Korean and English
