Blade supervisor / Coordinator

Blade Supervisor / Coordinator required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Safety follow-up, toolbox talks.
• Daily ‘supervision’ of blade repair contractor and communication with field team.
• Daily coordination of planning (weather, scope, quality,..); coordination meetings.
• Communication and coordination of remote turbine start-up.
• Permit to work – daily administration and transfer planning.
• First line decision making on repairs – escalation within Eneco if needed.
• Daily progress reporting.
• Repair administration, checking/correcting.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with blade maintenance.
• 3+ years experience offshore.
• Supervisor/Management experience.
• High level of accuracy.
• Result-oriented.
