Taylor Hopkinson is in the search of a Project Engineer for a leading energy company that is specialized on renewable energy assets in Europe.
This person will support the technical and engineering side of the projects in Spain during the development, construction and operation.
The location is Madrid with some flexibility offered.
Role
- Basic and detailed engineering supervision, drawings, layouts and calculation of costs of the projects in the different stages
- Support the development team during the licencing and building permits to obtain the RTB stage
- Site assessment procedures and due diligence reviews during the land scouting and acquisition of projects
- Support the permitting stage, be in contact with local authorities to provide documentation when needed
- Once the projects are about to start the construction, tendering and negotiation with local EPC companies
- Support during the grid connection stage
Requirements
- Engineering Degree
- Experience in the renewable energy sector during the development stage
- Fluent in English and Spanish
