Engaged for European and US team builds for Chinese EV charging leaders

Headquartered in China, they were looking to drive global expansion and partnered with us to source and deliver full overseas teams to support market entry into the USA and Europe.

Delivering a key senior role in California for first-of-its-kind electrolyser manufacturer

We were engaged by an electrolyser equipment OEM to deliver a Service Manager to maintain operations for the full roll-out of +20 hydrogen refuelling forecourts across the state of California.

Given this was a first of a kind project in the USA, it was a challenging search with specific requirements in a limited talent pool. We focused on senior professionals with relevant transferable skills who were also willing to move into a new industry. In addition, the successful candidate had to bring a solid mechanical/electrical background, experience building a team of engineers, and familiarity with the 24/7 nature of operations and maintenance.

After six weeks and a thorough search of the oil and gas, water and utilities sectors, we identified a shortlist of relevant specialists and successfully delivered an ideal candidate with a strong track record in rolling out new technology infrastructure.
