Responsibilities

  • Represent the employer´s interest at the fabrication site.
  • Act as the main point of contact between different project teams, departments, or external partners.
  • Facilitate effective communication to ensure all parties are informed about project developments, changes, and requirements.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from different stakeholders to understand the interfaces needed between systems or components.
  • Ensure that the requirements are clearly documented and understood by all involved parties.
  • Work with technical teams to design, develop, and implement interfaces that meet the specified requirements.
  • Ensure that interfaces are robust, scalable, and meet performance standards.
  • Oversee the testing of interfaces to ensure they function correctly and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans, identify issues, and verify fixes.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the development and implementation of interfaces.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for interface-related problems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of interface requirements, designs, configurations, and changes.
  • Prepare regular reports on interface status, issues, and resolutions for stakeholders.
  • Manage interface-related tasks within the project, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that interface development and implementation stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure that all interfaces comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and standards that could impact interface design and implementation.
  • Identify potential risks associated with interfaces and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Seek opportunities to improve existing interfaces and processes.
  • Implement feedback and lessons learned from past projects to enhance future interface management efforts.

Requirements

  • BSc. Electrical, Mechanical or Structural Engineering .
  • 5+ years’ experience in comparable position.
  • PMP/PRINCE 2 certified.
  • Experience with database management and collaboration tools.
  • 3+ years’ experience in the offshore wind industry.
  • Planning & reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for the site that aligns with the client’s goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.
  • Experience in compliance and HSE related to the site.
  • Valid EU working rights.
