Position Available: Automation Engineer
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate for the Automation Engineer role will be responsible for:
Programming PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
Developing functional specifications in collaboration with clients.
Designing and implementing control solutions.
Conducting simulation and testing of developed applications.
Providing training to clients on system operation.
Assisting in the commissioning of new software.
Requirements:
Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering/electromechanics or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel within the BENELUX region as needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and practical mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA, or DCS systems, as well as PLC programming and IO bus systems.
